CM Plus Overview

CM Plus is located close to Sheung Wan MTR Exit C, the majority of the units have spectacular Seaview which is quite rare among serviced apartments in Sheung Wan.

Pros
- Conveniently located close to Sheung Wan MTR Station, while being slightly away from the busiest area leading it to become a comfortable, but convenient stay.
- There are various layouts to choose from to fit into the needs of different tenants.
Cons
- This distinctive pricing strategy can make it a bit challenging to attract tenants, as it sits in a niche that appeals to those seeking quality but without the premium cost i.e. it is not suitable to those seeking for extremely luxurious serviced apartments, while it is not an option for those looking for cost effective options.

Studio A & B are basically the same, but the layout of the bathroom is slightly different, while 1 bedroom is the same as the studio, but with an extra partition to separate the room. The largest room is the connecting room combined with 2 studios, while the view of the rooms in North Tower is more open than south Tower.
